Stress
Stress and anxiety are normal bodily, emotional and hormonal responses to the demands of life. Stress is the result of frustration, anger and general uncertainty as a response to a particular or perceived future event. Stress is exacerbated by the sense of not being in control. Anxiety is typically a result of misperception of an event or a result of parental conditioned reactions often resulting in an ongoing state of habitual worry. If stress and anxiety persist for six months or more, seek professional help.
